- Experience in designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting CRM applications in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Recent experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience with Sales, Field Service and Marketing modules.
- Development experience with Dynamics CRM (OData, Plugins, Workflows, API integration using SDK).
- Experience in using the Visual Studio and source control (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft Dev Ops).
- Integration experience with 3rd party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), SFTP.
- Experience working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
