Reporting to the CEO
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D and R&R team to identify market opportunities based off consumer insights to differentiate and maximize Brand Reach and ROI
- Design product concept to market launch, ensuring it keeps to brand direction
- Lead the planning and designing of the new retail outlets
- Optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution processes
- A&P budgeting, cost optimization
- Post mortem and analysis of projects for improvements and evolving SOP
skills and experience required
- Tertiary Education
- 4 years of FMCG product development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset
- Track record of cross functional experience is a bonus
