t relocation, assignment of lockers to employees, pantry services, preparing access cards, courier services and preparing any logistics for event set up or tear down. You will need to be comfortable with moving around as this incumbent will need to move between different floors frequently. In the long run, you will be given opportunities to be exposed to different administrative tasks and be trained on Excel skills to update and maintain tracking spreadsheets/reports for the organisation.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Manager of the team and will be working with a team of colleagues in the Admin department.
skills and experience required
You should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of experience in providing office administrative support in a corporate environment. You will need to have a good eye for detail, be meticulous, and be organised in your day to day work. Being a good team player, proficient in using IT applications (including Microsoft Excel), will help you succeed in this role.
