Our client, renowned for their impressive commercial and residential projects and bespoke high-end designs, is experiencing exciting growth. Due to exciting growth, they are now seeking a dedicated Office Manager to closely support the company’s Director with running the day-to-day operations of the business.
About the Role:
As the Office Manager, you will be provided with the unique opportunity to work alongside the Director as a true partner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including HR, accounting, marketing, and procurement
- Oversee the sales team, including managing sales budgets, KPIs, and targets
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of projects
- Ensure health and safety compliance with industry standards
- Develop and improve internal processes and procedures
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing

About You:
- Prior experience in Office Management, Operations Management, Executive Support, Project Management
- Proven experience in the reviewing of floor plans
- Previous experience working in the Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Engineering or Shopfitting industries is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
