1 - Develop long-, mid-, short-term business plan and conduct measures in alignment withglobal marketing strategy to maximize sales potential of company brands.2 - Establish and conduct market research capabilities to define market domain, to selecttarget doctors/institutes, to estimate their market potentials, to analyze competitors, toreflect current and future implication of medical and therapeutic requirements to thebusiness for company products3 - Create and lead planning and implementing measures and check the status of actions inorder to realize a maximized product value4 - Plan and implement scientific relations, focusing on KOLs, for scientific congresses,lectures, symposia and investigations, etc. in collaboration with medical affairs.5 -Realize a short term, national level activation plan with operative publicity andinformation measures (congresses/ meetings and promotional materials, etc.) and arequired number of product supply, to be provided in a timely manner.6 -Work closely with the digital team to develop and drive new digital solutions.
求められる経験
1.Over 3 years experiences in marketing. Experience in oncology is preferred.
2.Having adaptable knowledge and practices to conduct portfolio planning and its evaluation
of revenue-cost-profit, ensuring a balanced commercial and scientific aspect
3.Experiences in launching of any new product and life cycle management in the
pharmaceutical market
4.Strong leadership with effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to realize
co-work and cooperation with related parties concerned
