Sitting within the OD & Performance team, that sits within the People & Culture team. The role reports into the Manager OD & Performance and works closely with the Senior OD Advisor for day-to-day direction.
Expectations of the incumbent
- Ability to hit the ground running and can-do attitude
- Previous experience working within the public sector
- Previous ability managing an engagement survey roll-out in a like-minded organisation
- Strong OD experience at an advisor level, and proven experience working across engagement and culture change programs
- Flexibility to work on a range of programs across OD space as required
Key deliverables for this role
- End to end coordination of the VPS People Matters Survey, which includes organising corporate communications and announcements, tracking engagement, working closely with key SME’s and stakeholders to provide updates, reviewing the results data, and interpreting it, developing action plans, and working closely with managers in each area to ensure they have the tools to action the key areas to address in their results
- Support roll-out of the leadership development suite of offerings, which will include design and logistics
- Support improvements to the way we manage performance organisation-wide
- Support the roll-out of the culture commitments and associated activities to improve our culture and ensure that leaders are living and sharing our culture commitments across the organisation, this may include working with focus groups to determine key activities that could be actioned in each area
