<CRM>・Develop annual CRM strategy to develop strong relationship with our clients through email newsletter, client events, and clienteling and to acquire new clients・Analyze and monitor the result of CRM activities to develop better future strategy・Monitor client data capture, partner with retail/wholesale team to ensure data targets are met・Be a key user for all CRM tools and provide support to retail/wholesale team and develop guidelines for these CRM tools・Support CRM materials and gift arrangement <Digital & E-Comm>・Responsible for increasing online brand visibility by developing comprehensive digital strategy (LINE, Facebook, SEM/SEO, and display/social ad)・Responsible for maintaining qualitative website to increase e-commerce sales・Work closely with client relations center (monthly meeting, training, and information sharing)・Analyze digital performance data to plan and implement future digital marketing strategy・Digital marketing budget management・Vendor management
求められる経験
・Bachelor degree or above
・Minimum 5 years working experience in luxury retail / fashion / cosmetics industry, specialized in CRM / digital marketing
・Salesforce experience is a plus
・Understanding of retail/wholesale client experience
・Strong entrepreneurial spirit
・Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
・Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
・Strong project management and time management skills
・Strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation
・Skilled in both written and spoken English and Japanese
