Our client is a market leading Service Provider, currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be supporting all Payroll activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage monthly payroll processing for over 1,400 employees across seven entities in Singapore, ensuring punctual salary disbursement
- Ensure accurate submission of statutory filings, including monthly CPF contributions, ad-hoc IR21 submissions, NS make-up claims, and maternity and childcare leave claims
- Process monthly overtime payments and staff reimbursement claims promptly
- Manage payroll reports and reconciliations etc
- Collaborate closely with site managers and employees to address payroll enquiries
- Manage the Time Management System (TMS)
- Address payroll queries from internal and external auditors
- Review and enhance payroll policies and procedures with regards to processes, controls, and compliance
- Assist in various ad-hoc Payroll projects as required

- Permanent role
- Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
- Office location: Central-West, Singapore
- Salary up to $5,000/month + AWS + VB (1-2 months)
skills and experience required
- Relevant experience in managing full cycle payroll processing including OT calculations and claims, ideally for headcount over 1000+
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in blue collar industry would be an advantage but not a requirement
