You will work closely with and report to the Managing Director of the company, working alongside a second personal assistant as well.
about the role
You will, among other things:
- Provide administrative support to the managing director and the management team
- Maintain calendar, schedules, and appointments, as well as coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking venues and travel arrangements
- Support the organisation and preparation of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes
skills and experience
You will come with 7 - 10 years of demonstrated experience as a personal / executive assistant. History working in the construction and/or property industry coupled with a liking to work in a fast-paced work environment will be a much added advantage.
