Candidate shall be DCE/BE Civil with 7 to 12 years of experience in planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling. 2/3 Experience working at the site is preferred. Prepare a realistic project schedule, monitoring & control. Identifying critical paths/activities, and reporting the same. Crashing schedules and identifying ways to complete tasks within the stipulated timeframe. Obtaining weekly/fortnightly reports, MIS/financial reports, cross-verifying same & forwarding it to Management. Ensuring implementation & regularity of reporting from all sites & preparing a logbook on a periodic basis. Conducting weekly progress review meetings, highlighting tracked schedules, and areas of concern, giving action plans, and preparing & circulating MOM. Visiting sites if needed.
Roles and Responsibilities: The Billing Engineer is responsible for the timely billing, certification, and payment by the Client in accordance with the Contract, covering BoQ items, coefficient-based quantity variations, a price adjustment for star items, variations (additional works/substitution works/ others), material advance, mobilization advance, retention release, etc. The Billing Engineer shall compile the survey records, QC records, test reports, joint measurement sheets, and other supporting documents as required for Client billing, in a proactive and expeditious manner. The Billing Engineer shall compile the Billing Status detailing the Unbilled, Uncertified, and Unpaid values. The Billing Engineer is also responsible for the timely processing of Subcontract Requisitions for Work Orders, followed by timely and accurate entry of Subcontract Bill measurements, ensuring needful debits and advance recoveries.
