đ€Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1&2 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and social development of each student.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school and its educational programs.
- Establish effective communication channels with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.
đRequirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
- Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1, 2 and erly years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1&2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will need an Enhanced DBS certificate to work with children (don't worry if you haven't got one, we can help you get one) and 2 references covering the past two years!
