We are seeking a Project Manager to support our client, one of Canada's biggest telecommunications firms, in their Toronto office. In this role, you will work full-time hours on a 12-month assignment.

Responsibilities
•Manage all aspects of the project, including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Apply proven project management principles and methodologies.
•Develop and maintain all project documentation, such as the Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports, and Post Implementation Reviews.
•Identify expected benefits from initiatives and conduct post-implementation reviews to report on and track results.
•Efficiently pull together resources to implement projects and orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously to achieve objectives.
•Utilize critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks. Regularly communicate these risks to stakeholders and ensure prompt and effective decision-making.
•Maintain the Project Management Office Lessons Learned database and apply lessons learned to all initiatives. If process creation or modification recommendations arise from lessons learned, the Project Manager is responsible for determining ownership within the organization and managing the implementation of recommended solutions.
•Assist in developing and implementing templates, procedures, and processes as part of the continuous development of the Wireless Customer Deployment team.
•Manage all network activities to deliver complex Wavelength Projects (Category 3 & 4) and meet aggressive timelines to satisfy our Business Customers’ needs.
•Handle any other project-related activities assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
•3-5 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in projects related to customer service deployment or implementation.
•Experience in managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
•Post-secondary education, preferably in business administration or a project management-related discipline.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other MS Office tools.
•Consistent application of proven industry-standard Project Management approaches.
•Project Management designation is an asset but not required.
•High level of energy and passion to lead team members to successful project completion and ensure a positive customer experience.
•Attention to detail.
•Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to manage time and reset priorities in a dynamic environment.
•Superior skill set including:
oAnalytical thinking and problem-solving.
oCoaching and leadership.
oPresentation and facilitation.
oNegotiation and relationship building.
oProficient probing, listening, and positioning skills.
