A MNC listed Construction (main contractor) company, they specialise in building and infrastructure projects. Currently looking for Quantity Surveyor (for their infrastructure team) to join them and will be based in PJ office.
about the job
- In depth understanding of full cycle of BQ, Specifications, and Contracts.
- Must be familiar with pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis, evaluating claims and payment certification, issue Purchase Orders, evaluating and comparing quotations, etc.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final account.
- Manage sub-con payments and main-con claims.
- Prepare award of contract, checked contract documents and recommend contractor’s evaluation
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working together with a team of Quantity Surveyor.

skills and experience required
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant courses.
- Minimum 3 years of construction QS experience in civil projects.
