As the Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the project team, ensuring the successful delivery of residential developments across the Southeast.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing estimates for residential construction projects
• Collaborating with the project team to establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
• Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements to secure the best value for the company
• Managing and controlling costs throughout the project life cycle, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
• Conducting regular site visits to assess progress and identify any variations or issues that may impact project costs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to the project
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise cost-effectiveness and efficiency in project delivery

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• You're currently operating as a Quantity Surveyor with circa 5+ years experience
• Residential Developer experience is essential for this role
• Based within commutable distance to cover the Southeast region
