As part of their expansion, they are looking for an experienced and agile Regional Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and user growth across the region by working cross-functional teams including product, design, and content to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
About the job
Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will includes
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to specific regions to drive user acquisition and engagement on our social networking platform.
- Utilize data analytics and user insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, tracking performance metrics and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, incorporating innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, and influencers, to amplify our brand presence within the region.
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on regional marketing performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
Skills and experience required
- Min 8 years of relevant experience with focus on user acquisition and engagement and with strong understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Twitter , Meta etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
