about the job / manager
We are currently looking to hire a Regional Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to join the team! You will be responsible for driving the market introduction of new products. You will play a crucial role in monitoring the advancement of the launch, guaranteeing that all divisions are in sync, and carrying out the go-to-market plan. Important facets of this position include managing sale pricing and guaranteeing competitive positioning in the industry. You will be reporting to the President for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive market research to help guide the strategic planning of new product launches.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive shifts, optimizing and adjusting product positioning and marketing messaging accordingly.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans to guarantee go-to-market strategies are executed on time.
- Gather commercial inputs and local customer needs while applying design thinking techniques to guarantee user-centered product development.
- Develop regional brand communication materials for the APAC region.
- Increase partner marketing efforts by partnering with new partners in the area and by launching co-marketing campaigns with existing partners.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
skills and experience required
- You should have prior experience in GTM / marketing and business development exposure across consumer goods or tech industries
- Ability to analyze problems and demonstrate critical thinking
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
