🤝 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging R.E. lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach A-level Religious Studies.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect and understanding of various religious and ethical perspectives.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the R.E. curriculum and participate in cross-curricular initiatives.
- Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as interfaith dialogues, religious study clubs, and cultural events, to enrich students' learning experiences.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a related field.
- Experience teaching R.E. at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the R.E. curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
