Your new role
The role is responsible to develop and lead the Retail marketing strategy and execution thereof for the companies brands at Retailers. These include Digital, Mobile, CRM, Literature and Point of Sale initiatives, aligned to the Marketing strategy. Responsible for developing integrated and targeted marketing programmes to build the brands and create consumer demand. Be the primary point of contact for marketing and support for the Retail network.
Key Duties:
You will be responsible for the following;
- Develop Retailer specific Marketing Strategy and plans out of national marketing strategy premises
- Develop Quarterly campaigns that drive enquiry and sales and are in line with a Retailer’s primary area of marketing
- Creative Asset development, production and implementation for advertising / POS / Digital Management of dealer websites program and Retail Search via agency in conjunction with Digital Manager
- Work closely with Digital Experience Manager and ensure CX principles are implemented at Retailers, in line with Modern Luxury strategy
- Support Retailers with Media planning advice and creative development
- Ensure implementation of centrally developed Modern Luxury guidelines with the Retailer Network
- Approval of all Retailer Advertising and Promotion/Sponsorship proposals and requests
- Execution of strategic competition analysis and competition benchmarks including interdependencies
- Work collaboratively with Sales Department to develop retail campaigns
- Manage associated budget and tracking
- Key contact for Retailers and marketing agencies
Your skills and experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications
- 5 years direct related experience Essential
- Excellent communication, presentation skills Essential
- Strong analytical skills, advance excel and power point
- Experience of Multi-channel media solutions including
- interactive, Direct Marketing, lead management, POS
- Marketing generalist with good overall product, communication & retail know-how
- High affinity to market research
