This person would take initiate to drive the total brand experience with a focus on in-store operations from enabling product knowledge of store employees, take ownership on promotions to driving foot traffic and conversion rate in stores through retail marketing strategies: ・Drive holistic retail marketing strategies for DTC retail business in Japan in line with brand strategy and business objectives to maximize DTC business acceleration, build brand equity and strengthen its positioning in the market.・Conduct consumer and trade-area analyses and develop marketing strategies based on analysis and maximize Geo-Marketing for Footfall increase (especially for roadside store) and CVR improvement.・Create plans for long-term and shot-term marketing strategy and specific promotions for DTC retrial with DMJ marketing team and internal stakeholders.・Lead and execute projects (e.g. promotions) with clear objectives and target; and report on the result ・Keep track of store’s KPIs to recommend actions for improvement. ・Maximize new store opening sales by effective sales promotions and information using various forms of media and platform. ・Work closely with the retail sales team, retail operations team other departments in representing initiatives from DTC Retail to ensure a steady implementation.
求められる経験
・Bachelor's degree holder
・At least 5 years of marketing experience including 3+ years in Retail Marketing is a must
・Solid exposure in fashion retail industry is a MUST
・Strong market knowledge in market knowledge, retail marketing strategies and trade marketing
・Strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills; as well as drive for results
・Good command of MS Office, POS and Inventory Systems
・Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese
