- Expanding company customer base through direct efforts and established networks
- Drive business development strategies and explore new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for expansion
- Develop new projects, achieve sales target and business development goals in terms of revenue and sales margins
- Preparing tender documents, presentations, negotiation terms
- Analyse market conditions, review customer information
skills & experience required
- PhD / Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 4 years of business development (hunter) in semiconductor (wafer / chemical) / petrochemical / chemical industry
- Willing to work around the west area (Jurong Port / Jurong Island)
- Have own transport vehicle will be a plus
