Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Institutional Sales Director to lead institutional sales efforts within the cryptocurrency space. The Institutional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the client base among hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.
Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and institutional investors interested in cryptocurrency investments.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target institutional clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market presence within the institutional investor community.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities within the cryptocurrency and institutional investment landscape.

- Proven track record in closing large deals and building successful BD teams.
