An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced School Administrator to join this wonderful primary school based in Newham, from Monday - Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Your role as a School Administration will include:
... - To be responsible for the efficient day to day school administration and operation of the School's reception area
- Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and email enquiries
- Communicating sensitively and appropriately with children, dealing with their queries, checking those who are sick and contacting parents, in line with school policies
- Liaising with visitors, staff, parents and children effectively to ensure the smooth running of the school
- Using SIMS software

These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- Candidate should have Right to work in UK - this is essential
- Relevant professional experience along with 2 recent professional references
- Committed, flexible and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
