As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our school. You will provide administrative support to the leadership team, staff members, pupils, and parents, ensuring the effective delivery of educational programs and services.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries from staff, pupils, and parents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including pupils records, attendance, and staff HR files.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling rooms, sending invitations, and preparing agendas.
- Assist with admissions and enrolment processes, including liaising with prospective families and processing enrolment paperwork.
- Support the planning and organisation of school events, such as open days, parent-teacher conferences, and graduation ceremonies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
Preferred skills:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
