We are looking to appoint a motivated and inspiring Site Supervisor who can provide facilities through exceptional leadership and technical expertise.
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Some of your main responsibilities:
- To undertake general maintenance, repairs, painting and decorating in and around the school
- To work as part of the site team 'shift rota' system to ensure cover of the building across all shifts as appropriate e.g. rotation, holidays and or sick leave
- To assist in checking boilers and ensuring that their timings and settings are incorrect working order and adjusted for varying weather conditions as appropriate
- To repair and maintain in good working order school furniture, equipment and fittings
- To ensure the lights, electricity fittings and sockets are in good working order and turned off when not in use
- To assist in monitoring the cleaning contractors in their daily cleaning routines and ensure the buildings and its contents are cleaned to a very high standard
- To assist with the ordering of supplies such as tools, tapes, sand, and salt, utilities such as soap, towels and toiletries etc
Required skills for this role:
- Experience of buildings management, maintenance, site security or similar work
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety practices, standards, and regulations
- 2 proven relevant references
- To be flexible and positive, helpful and tactful, develop good relationships and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
