The Role: 🎓
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored lessons and support to meet the individual needs of our students. Working closely with our SENCO and support staff, you will develop personalised learning plans to ensure each student receives the assistance they require to succeed academically and socially. 📝

Key Responsibilities: 🌟

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
• Utilise various teaching strategies and resources to support students' learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to create comprehensive support plans for students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and supported.

Requirements: ✅

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience working with students with SEN, preferably within a school environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
