About the Role:
- Providing one-to-one support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assisting the class teacher in creating and delivering tailored learning activities
- Supporting students with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to meet the individual needs of each student
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with SEN, either in a school setting or elsewhere
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of students
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development
