Requirements:
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
- Prior experience working with children or young individuals with additional care needs
- Two recent professional references
- Experience managing challenging behaviours
- Possession of a calm and compassionate demeanour
- Strong commitment to pupil development and well-being
- Proficiency in literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
