We are partnering with the bank which are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Global Market Sales professional, specializing in the Financial Institutions & Investors segment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and investors globally. Your in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, strong business acumen, and exceptional sales skills will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence within the designated segment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Financial Institutions & Investors (both banks and non-bank FIs)
- Work with Corporate Relationship Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and investors globally, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Provide expert knowledge and insights on financial markets (G7/G10 FX pairs, interest rate derivatives, money markets products etc.), investment products, and industry trends to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential market gaps.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, specifically working with financial institutions and investors.
- TMA (Treasury Management Association) membership is required.
- In-depth knowledge of global financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
