Oversee the design, coordination, and management of the organization's Rewards initiatives, policies, and procedures, encompassing compensation, benefits, incentives, retirement, and recognition programs. Ensure these programs contribute to employee attraction and retention, aligning with business objectives and market trends. Collaborate with Japan businesses, serving as a liaison between Rewards and Business HR. Key responsibilities include:•Managing projects related to Rewards program design and implementation, coordinating with various stakeholders such as Business HR and Centers of Expertise.•Consulting with business HR and leaders to develop effective Rewards solutions.•Providing guidance and communication on Rewards programs to management, HR, and employees.•Leading the annual Rewards planning process.•Cultivating relationships with industry experts and consultants to stay updated on best practices and legal compliance.•Overseeing the rollout, communication, and ongoing administration of Rewards programs.•Offering technical support for Rewards program administration and communication, covering areas like job grading, compensation, incentives, wellness programs, and retirement.•Leading reviews and renewals of employee benefits to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.•Acting as Project Manager for defining business requirements for Rewards projects and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

• Preferably experienced in a large, matrixed multinational organization.
• Naturally inclined towards analytics and numerical reasoning, proficient in systems such as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is advantageous.
• Extensive experience with Reward Survey methodologies.
• Demonstrates compatibility with the organization's work culture.
