We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Administrator for a company in St. Catharine's. This opportunity is a 4 month contract with the opportunity to become permanent.
In this role, you will be providing customer service to the clients, distributor, and sales teams. This role is a balance of customer service and shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate would have a strong customer service background with an eagerness to learn. Training and certification will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Interact with internal customers to quickly resolve any issues.
- Answering phones/emails
- Responsible for accurate execution of all order fulfillment steps from picking, packaging, and packing slip preparation to processing of shipping transactions.
- Prepare shipments incoming and outbound with third-party vendors.
- Inventory management and accuracy through data entry.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts in the warehouse when required.
- Perform all functions in compliance with all warehouse processes and safety rules (including dress code).
- Other duties upon request
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a warehouse setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
- Good verbal and written communication
- Very detail oriented
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to become forklift certified once hired
- Willing to do drug testing
