Basic qualification
Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills to lead strategic discussions.
Must have strong performance mindset and proven track record to deliver.
Extensive commercial experience, including brand marketing and sales leadership.
Basic knowledge and capabilities about finance including forecasting
Strong leadership and project management skills for leading projects in complex business environment.
Ability to utilize insights from key customers – 3rd party, HCPs, patients – to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts
Effective communications and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
High governance mind-set and understanding.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing brand management. Also, having experience in a direct customer facing role (i.e. field sales, account management, sales liaison etc.), and overall 10-year experience Sales, Marketing, or Medical in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in working closely with global team.
Education/certification/Language
Japanese and English business level+ (both written and spoken)
Bachelor degree (Business/ Medicine related/ Related discipline)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing brand management. Also, having experience in a direct customer facing role (i.e. field sales, account management, sales liaison etc.), and overall 10-year experience Sales, Marketing, or Medical in pharmaceutical industry.

MBA or other advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferred.
