We seek a motivated, committed and caring individual to the role of Student Service Receptionist. We want the best for our client's students and this role will support young people so that they can overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
This a full time position and school timings are from Monday-Friday and 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Some of your main responsibilities:
- To undertake the role of Receptionist for the School, deal with all enquiries and telephone calls in an efficient and effective way which promotes a positive image for the School
- Ability to multitask as required to support the changing agenda, on a daily basis
- To liaise with colleagues as required to support the effective service support to all callers
- To meet the demands of the role, with excellent timekeeping, taking responsibility as assigned
- To deal with all telephone and personal enquiries efficiently and effectively, in a way that promotes a positive image of the school
- To carry out duties as may be required from time to time commensurate with the overall responsibility of the post
- To play a full part in the life of the school community and encouraging students to adhere to school expectations
Some of your requirements to earn this role:
- Experience of working in a Reception role, customer service and ideally working in school environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role)
- DBS on a update service is a must
- 2 recent relevant references
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Good interpersonal, communication (telephone and personal) and numeracy skills
- Ability to take charge of a situation as demand requires; managing with care and sensitivity in line with the school ethos and safeguarding policy
