Your New Role
You will be a passionate and motivated individual, who loves what you do! You’ll enjoy getting into the details, and providing high quality administrative support. These roles are temporary assignments through to the end of October working full time Monday - Friday, office hours in the CBD and post training they offer a hybrid work environment.
Day to day responsibilities
- Respond to members insurance requests ensuring requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Update and maintain member records in order to ensure a high level of service with every interaction
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Key Requirements
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience working in an administration role within financial services
- Previous experience working in superannuation will be highly regarded
- Available to start on 27th May
