Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Participate in campus recruitment
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Manage the employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Ad-hoc HR administrative duties as required
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a talent acquisition for technical positions
- Good communication, time management and project management skills
- Meticulous, organised, able to work with minimal supervision
- Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to work onsite fully
- Due to company’s nature of business, only Singapore citizens will be considered for the position
