- Oversee the recruitment process for all roles from sourcing to the onboarding of selected candidates- Understand the staffing and talent needs in order to navigate recruitment activities effectively - Use all of the available recruiting resources such as (sourcing tools via job boards, internal and external talent pools, agency relationships, etc. - Create a positive efficient recruitment and candidate experience- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers and work closely with the HR Business Partner-Provide timely and quality feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process- Manage all the recruitment activities through workday following all the corporate guidelines- Create and maintain an external talent pipeline aligned with the business needs- Understand the industry trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities to provide the best recruitment service- Participate in HR and TA projects to constantly improve the recruitment strategy with the Global and local TA community

- Experience delivering in a high-volume of hiring and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to source candidates and create a talent pool
-Proven ability to understand and execute recruitment strategies
- Ability to use competency and behavioral interviews methodologies
- Experience using a recruitment database or HR system responsible for tracking candidates
- Sourcing and Recruiting skills
- Ability to manage external partners as well as internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and tools (Linked In, job boards etc.)
- Knowledge of the challenges & opportunities in the field of recruiting
- MS Office proficiency
- Basic Coaching and facilitations skills
