Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, with proven experience in managing multiple roles simultaneously, particularly in the technology sector. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will play a crucial part in our growth plans, supporting our organization by filling key technical positions and building strong relationships with product and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 15 roles at any given time, with a target of filling 15 roles per quarter.
- Partner closely with product and technology stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide proactive solutions for hard-to-fill positions (e.g., PHP, ROR, AWS).
- Utilize data-driven insights and market metrics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making processes.
- Maintain a personable and engaging approach throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Spend 50% of the time in the office, collaborating in person with hiring managers.
- Proactively address recruiting challenges before they escalate to manager level.
- Showcase experience in supporting technical leaders and emphasize the importance of building integrity with them.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process from screening to close, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to command respect and influence at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of various tech stacks and the ability to source and engage with technical talent effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
