・Understand business needs and priorities, and translating these into talent development strategies, aligned to global TM strategy.・Ensure that that systems and processes are operating effectively and will work closely with Corporate TM and Japan biz strategy to develop leadership development initiatives that will contribute to building a strong leadership bench and strengthening organizational capabilities.・Serve as the l key resource for organizational design and effectiveness and change management initiatives.・Develop and Implement Talent Management Strategies, developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and support talent acquisition, retention, and development.・Manage Employee Performance, oversee the employee performance management process, which includes setting goals, performing evaluations, providing individual feedback, and coaching them as needed.・Develop TA capabilities in aligned to workforce /D&I strategy.・Lead organizational culture transformational initiatives including Employee Engagement survey, some of workshop designed by TM team
求められる経験
Minimum Requirement
・At least 15 years’ experience of HR including HRBP or Talent Development / Organizational Development
・People Manager experience
・Potential talent to be rotated in HRBP
・Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
Japanese Native / Business English (Ability to facilitate meetings and lead cross-cultural projects in English)
・Change leader
・Strategic thinking
・Experience working in a non-Japanese company
・Experience working in a fast-paced environment
