- provide leadership, guidance and support to the customer service team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment;
- conducting weekly 1-1 meetings with a team members;
- monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals for customer satisfaction, response time and problem resolution rates;
- conducting regular coaching and training sessions to develop team members' skills and increase their performance;
- resolve customer issues and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner;
- collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- fluent communication skills in English (min. C1) and Polish (min. C1). Additional languages such as French or Spanish will be a plus,
- 1-2 years in Team Lead/Managerial role in similar industry,
- excellent coaching, mentoring and motivational skills,
- effective communication and interpersonal skills,
- very good organizational and time management abilities,
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices,
- flexibility to work shifts as needed.
