- Receiving and sending physical mails, delivery, courier services
- Managing and purchasing office supplies & equipment
- Scanning documents to file
- Managing the tidiness of common area,assist to maintain the cleanliness when cleaner is away
- Coordinating with Vendors for dispatch duties (2 levels)
- In charge of pantry supplies
- Attend general office administrative upkeep and maintenance service requests for Corporate Office, such as cleaning services, aircon, lightings etc.
- Photocopy/scanning of documents, invoices etc.
