As a Management Reporting and Forecasting Analyst, you will collaborate within the Management Reporting and Forecasting team to produce accurate management reports and provide insightful analysis. This role will involve close collaboration with the Business Partnering team and providing coaching and support to junior analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse monthly management reports, identifying variances and trends.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
- Review cost allocations and develop deep understanding of cost drivers.
- Prepare financial models and reports for strategic decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc financial support and mentorship.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years experience in finance or accounting.
- Tertiary qualifications and professional accreditation (e.g. CPA, CA).
- Strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and tech-savvy.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting.
- Previous exposure to professional services or large corporate environments is advantageous, (BIG 4 experience highly regarded).
