- Business planning and Market Mapping
- Device Trade Marketing Activities
- Monitor JCP adherence and attendance tracking
- Ensure team adherence towards proper reporting on tool and Data accuracy
- Directly supervise and mentor the Promoter Team
- Plan regular Trainings and refreshers for the Team
- Taking ownership of driving various loyalty programs
- Ensure Program and brand hygiene within Team
- Build relationship and periodic program reviews
- Acting as a Focal point between Marketing & Sales Team

Key Tasks to be executed
- The TMM is responsible for owning the creation of monthly Activity calendar for self and his TMR's, KPI Target Setting of his TMR's, support execution of the activities and manage and track the marketing activities of his TMR's, on ground.
- The main line responsibilities of TMM are New Counter Conversion (Retailer & IWS), Enhance Business of existing counters and Drive Incremental Sales from Converted Counters, Enrollment and Activation of Influencer / Mechanic / IWS and Conducting Promotional Activities like In Shop Promotion (ISP) / Market Storming. They are associated with multiple Distributors in their assigned region.
