Roles and Responsibilities:
Study and understand the pressure vessel scope of work and quickly become
conversant to Cameron/Schlumberger procedures and standards.
Prepares Pressure Vessel Design Basis, Datasheet and Mechanical calculations
based on applicable Codes and client specifications including agreed exceptions.

Review sub-supplier calculations and drawings to ensure compliance with client
specifications or applicable standards as required.
Provide necessary dimensional sketches, preliminary vessel weights and engineering
instructions to the designing team, as required to identify locations of nozzles,
supports and other vessel attachments.
Assist in providing necessary design information to Project/Client/Third Party, as
required.
Prove mechanical design of pressure vessel internals, trays, baffles, and distribution
piping supports when required.
Participate in 3D model review as required.
Assist in developing Pressure Vessel Specifications and Standards for SLB products.
Should be able to work in both metric and imperial units.
Assigned tasks should be executed with minimum supervision.
Ability and willingness to travel, as required to fulfil project and business needs.
Actively support, participate in, and maintain the integrity and on-going function of the
Company and facility HSSE program, ensuring a safe/healthy work environment.
When delegated, must be able to complete the tasks with Company and Client
standards and quality requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
8 to 12 years relevant experience within the Oil and Gas industry
