These positions report to the Team Leader, Business Support and operate as a wide team, working closely with Business Support Coordinators, Program Support Engineers, and Team Leaders.

Business Support Officers are accountable for administrative tasks including but not limited to:

• Processing time sheets, overtime & TIL and allowances
• Labour costing, invoicing and accounts payable administration
• Materials ordering, including uniforms and both general office and operational supplies
• Purchase Orders
• Local Facilities and Fleet Administration, including log book administration
• Office Support and Stationery
• Accommodation and Travel
• General administration support

The Business Support Officers work with the Team Leader, Business Support, Business Support Coordinators and broader Business Support Network to help deliver strategic business improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with organisation's policies and procedures.

Systems used: Oracle, Zycus, Outlook, Teams, Lotus Notes (Training for Lotus Notes can be arranged)

Role Specific Requirements:

• Driver’s License
• Ability and willingness to travel and work across locations within metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Qualification:

• Mandatory
• At least two years experience in a similar or comparable role, preferably in a government/public service context.
• Desirable
• A relevant Business or Administration certificate or diploma.
