This global leader in lightweight and durable construction is seeking a customer service advisor to respond to inquiries from customers regarding the products offered. You will be responsible for entering orders into the system, tracking deliveries with purchase orders, communicating with the warehouse, and also welcoming customers with on-site requests (B2B only).

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in person, by email, or over the phone
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Inform customers about pricing and credit terms
• Enter orders into the system, handle price quotations, and check product availability through the system
• Prepare and process invoices according to established procedures
• Collect payments for orders
• Resolve any issues that may arise
• Process orders for special materials
• Maintain the customer database and manage the daily operations of a large client portfolio
• Pass on any business development opportunities to the sales team
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and/or account management for a distribution and/or manufacturing company
• Interest in the construction industry as you will regularly discuss construction materials!
• Previous experience with order management software
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Enjoy and be willing to work in the office 5 days a week
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
