Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
•Supporting VP within the bank
•Managing schedule
•Booking team meeting and one to ones. Determining with VP which meetings to prioritize
•Booking flight/ travel and expense approval
•Day to day pieces- calendar/ scheduling/ admin support
Qualifications
•Previous experience supporting Executives
•Proficient in Outlook
•MS OFFICE suite
•Managing multiple priorities
•Strong communication skills
•Problem solving
•Bachelor’s degree would be helpful
Nice to Haves:
•Working in a large organization, fast paced environment
