Job responsibilities:
- Will ensure All L&D Processes are updated/revised, and completed in the Darwin box.
- Will Deliver Training Programs
- Will monitor learning needs uncovered by HR Employee Relationship Managers (ERMs) for their respective Clusters
- Will liaise with & monitor the Learning Requirements of all Stakeholders to ensure a well-balanced Calendar
- Will conduct Performance Reviews from Grades L7 - L13 to uncover Learning Needs
- Will monitor month-on-month KPI achievements and analyze data trends for Learning Needs
- Will liaise with External Trainers & Institutes
- Will be aligned to the Future Leaders Program and Development Plans
- Provide Fortnightly updates of all the above activities to Management and Senior Leadership
