Responsibilities:・Ensureing Brand success through growth of the businesses Omnichannel knowledge, impact, and leadership as a partner with Brand teams in neurology business unit・Partnering with brands, agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders to translate business strategy into Omnichannel Experience Strategy・Understanding and providing thought leadership across digital and non-digital channels, campaign planning, segmentation, and how to leverage a unified strategy to create personalized experiences・Translating brand tactics into written business requirements within the Neurology brands’ backlog・Owning of the prioritization process for the Neurology brands’ backlog of business requirements and ensuring alignment with all brand stakeholders・Leading development of Objectives and Key Results with the brand team and agency support; monitor and evaluate campaign metrics, and make recommendations to optimize performance・Identifying and helping shape new capabilities to support the brands in the evolution of the Omnichannel capability and customer experience・Developing and delivering the comprehensive digital marketing strategy and tactics to realize the designed omnichannel strategy for the brands・Content maintenance and technical support of digital channels (e.g., email, website, e-detail, podcast etc.) and use of digital tools・Success measurement and data-supported evaluation of omnichannel activities as well as the derivation of recommendations for action・Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate・Reporting Digital plan and activity to the head of NU marketing and other stakeholders, and getting endorsement・Managing own workload・Following all compliance requirements such as business rules, guidelines, and policies in both the Asia Pacific Journal and the pharma industry
求められる経験
You will need to have:
・Bachelor’s Degree
・5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the pharma industry
・Digital Marketing experience
・Knowledge of channels such as email, SMS, web, direct mail, print, media, SEM, social, salesforce, events
・Strategic analysis/insight
・Business-level English in communication
・Growth mindset
Preferred:
・Advanced Degree in a relevant field
・Customer relationship management (CRM) experience
・Demonstrated leadership and coordination of teams to deliver a single cohesive strategy
・Business requirement and backlog management experience
・Marketing/Brand Management experience
・Media/Advertising Agency Experience
・Customer journey and relationship management
・Demonstrated leadership and coordination across teams to deliver strategic objectives
・Experience in successfully leading innovative projects
