• Create business Plan of RAN Automation area to grow our Telco business in Automationarea, and drive the plan to hit the goal.• Plan sales enablement along with Enablement, Presales, WW team and provide localcollateral so that Sales can approach target customers faster.• Drive Demand Generation and Campaign in order to obtain opportunities from our targetmarket efficiently.• Define general but attractive demos so that sales can leverage them effectively.• Communicate with R&D to tune product functions in case there is any gap with Japan Market.• Directly penetrate RAN vendors in Japan who don’t have RAN Automation solution yet andlead IOT with such vendors to create pre-proven solution.• Increase market awareness of our company is a leader in RAN Automation area along with Marketing.• Monitor Pipeline periodically and adjust focus activities to make business flow smooth asexpected.
求められる経験
・10 + years BDM or Category management experience in Telco market.
• Deep knowledge of disaggregated RAN(O-RAN and vRAN) to lead customers.
• Deep knowledge of RAN deployment as well as RAN management/Operation in Telco.
• Demonstrated success in the management of marketing and sales support programs.
• Knowledgeable of overall business and across functions and disciplines. Broad business
knowledge of product marketing, sales support and selling.
