As Oculture experiences rapid growth, the City Head will play a pivotal role in shaping our operations in Gurugram and expanding our presence in the region. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving our vision forward, including overseeing our upcoming office launch in collaboration with GEP UK. Flexibility with travel is required due to this expansion. Currently, our operations are focused on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, with plans to expand to Mumbai and other micro markets within the next six months. We seek a passionate individual who is ready to navigate early challenges and contribute to our growth.Key Responsibilities:
1. P&L Management: Lead all business operations in the city, including acquisition and sale transactions, to generate revenue.
2. Team Building: Recruit and develop a team of managers and executives across verticals to establish dominance in the Gurugram region and micro markets.
3. Systems and Processes: Develop robust tracking mechanisms to identify opportunities for growth and minimize inefficiencies.
4. Channel Development and Performance: Lead channel strategy, including target setting, incentive structures, and expansion of the broker network.
5. Sales and Strategy: Drive top-line growth through strategic alliances and collaborations.Qualifications:
1. Graduation + MBA (sales and marketing preferred)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector
3. Proven track record of revenue generation in real estate transactions
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Hunger for learning and a proactive, self-starter mentalityCompensation:
Fixed salary: 20-30 Lakhs per annum, plus 2% of sales revenue (approximately 7.5 – 10 Lakhs per month)Joining:
Prefer immediate joiners or candidates available to join within a month.
