Confidential Financial Controller role at top tier FMCG Company.The business has exciting plans for its growth over the next 3-5 years and the successful candidate will be a key part of the business supporting the financial decisions. The role will act as a proactive business partner with the APAC Finance Department to drive enhancements across Finance.You will be responsible for:・managing the processes for budgets and financial reporting・Coordinating with external accountants/auditors・internal controls・supervising 3 to 7 staffSkills/Competencies: ・Relevant operational accounting experience ・Demonstrated management of staff in a fast-paced environment・Experience in FMCG industry is preferred ・Business-level written & verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
